Surrounded not by love, but horror. Enough is enough. The label must go.
Get rid of the judgment and the finger-pointing and name-calling at most of the people on our streets, without even knowing their reasons or situations they have come from — sleeping and just trying to survive under cameras that keep them safe, and no food in their bellies.
Most of these gorgeous souls have very dark and evil pasts that have pushed them to a point of nearly giving up. Hurt and abused by other humans. Humans are the worst — humans hurt humans — and they are not born into this life with luxuries or loving parents.
They have just simply walked away from the evil that has caused them so much harm. They’re all alone, trying to discover some kind of light.
All lives matter.
Stop the put-downs and chanting “get a job, you bum.”
It’s time to show some heart and a little bit of a helping hand. Or even a positive word — to all people in all different situations and hardships.
They have been really broken.
It’s time for everybody to come together.
Let’s lift their weight and show we care — or have a moment thinking about yourselves in their situation.
Their hearts are amazing, and so are their stories.
Just look with a smile, and listen. Lend your hand and please show them some heart.
Don’t kick people when they’re down.
